• Third-Party Payment Processor: A company authorized by HBZ to process payments on its behalf.

• The Client shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals related to the Services.

• The Client shall make all payments through the designated Third-Party Payment Processor.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in the Agreement and may vary depending on the nature and scope of the Services.

• All payments will be processed through the Third-Party Payment Processor. HBZ is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the Third-Party Payment Processor.

• Late payments may be subject to interest charges or other penalties as outlined in the Agreement.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the Service, the stage of completion, and the reason for the refund request.

• Any refunds granted will be processed through the Third-Party Payment Processor and may be subject to their terms and conditions, including processing fees.

• HBZ is not responsible for any issues arising from the refund process through the Third-Party Payment Processor.

7. Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, Termination, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution

• These sections remain as previously stated in the original Terms and Conditions.

8. Disclaimer

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website.
