Our fees for conference management services are determined by several key factors:

Our assessment of these factors and the estimated time required to deliver our services.
Fees can range from approximately $2,500 to tens of thousands of dollars. In certain situations, conference management fees may be waived.
Conference Registration Fees Base Rate
Participant Category (Malaysian)
Student - Starting from RM 1,000.
Academician - Starting from RM 1,400.
Industrial Expert - Starting from RM 2,000.
Participant / Attendee - Starting from RM 500
Note:
Additional fees might be applied for optional extras such as workshops, special sessions, or other premium offerings.
Participant Category (International)
Student - Starting from $300 (USD).
Academician - Starting from $500 (USD).
Industrial Expert - Starting from $1000 (USD).
Participant / Attendee - Starting from $150 (USD).
